Now in it's SEVENTH year, V3K Ultra crosses all the mountains over 3,000ft in Wales, also known as Welsh 3,000s or 15 (formerly 14) Peaks, it's a classic route loved by anybody with any sense of adventure and a love of mountain running. It is unique as we don't simply require competitors to be experienced fell runners we also require runners to eat a plant based diet for race day.
