Couch to 5k programme.
9 week course run by UKA qualified coach to help newcomers to running to achieve the goal of a 5 kilometre run.
The 9 week programme will start on Tuesday 22nd September at 6:00pm. Location to be notified at the time via email.
No facilities will be available. The meeting location will vary each week depending on available light and number of people who sign up. You will be notified via email at least 24 hours before.
Minimum of 15 people required to run this programme. Maximum 30.
