You choose how far you run and will receive an awesome medal and more to show how far you've run in the month. Once you've signed up, commit to running or walking either 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 150, 175 or 200+ miles in the month and once completed we then send out your medal and winner's pack. Thinking of doing 25, 50 or 75 miles but then feel like you can do more, no problem, the distance is your choice. On completion of the challenge you will receive: awesome bespoke medal, personalised certificate, TRIBE nutrition bar plus a 5 pack of Revvies energy strips.
This month we are supporting CRY and will pledge £1 from each standard challenge entry to CRY. £7 from each charity top-up entry will go directly to CRY. CRY supports young people diagnosed with potentially life-threatening cardiac conditions and offers bereavement support to families affected by young sudden cardiac death. CRY promotes and develops heart screening programmes and funds medical research. Take on the challenge, receive an awesome medal and more, and support the amazing work of Cardiac Risk in the Young.

As it's Valentine's month, this challenge is based on a route that starts in Verona, the setting for the romantic story of Romeo and Juliet. The route heads out through Venice, Padua and Udine, Italian cities famed for their classical architecture.
