The Farnham Pilgrim Marathon – Sunday 8 September 2019, 9:30am.

Start/finish: The Sands Recreation Ground, (opp. Barley Mow Pub), The Sands Village, Farnham, GU10 1NE.
The route is mainly off-road and multi-terrain / multi-surface, on the extensive scenic footpaths and country lanes between Farnham and Guildford, in the Surrey Hills section of the North Downs. Some of the route follows parts of the historic Pilgrims' Way.
The profile ranges between gently undulating and hilly.
This event is renowned for the large number of friendly marshals, and has frequent water/refreshment stations.
We shall have a cut-off time for completion of this Marathon, but early-start options will be available for runners (by request nearer the time) who think they might take longer. Details of this will be shown on our website nearer the time - and in the Final Info email that will be sent a couple of weeks before the event.
Facilities include: Parking, Changing, Toilets, Supervised Bag Storage, Refreshments, Onsite Retailer, Race Timing, First Aid, Radio Coverage.
A quality Medal will be given to all finishers.
Trophies to top 3 male and female finishers, and Club trophies.

MINIMUM AGE: 18 as at event date.
Entry fee: £37, or £35 for members of a UKA-affiliated running club.
A special discounted entry price of £15 is available (up to 31 July) for runners who agree to raise a minimum of £199 for our chosen charity partner Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice. We shall require confirmation from PTH by 4 September that you have raised this amount, otherwise you will not be allowed to take part without paying extra, to the full entry fee. By choosing this option you agree to us passing your details to Phyllis Tuckwell who will be in touch with you with further details and to support you in your fundraising efforts. The number of these discounted entries will be limited to 40, across the Full and Half Marathon events.
Please note these fees are inclusive of the entry processing fee.
